Oversaw Michigan State’s crowdfunding platform, CrowdPower. Increased dollars raised on the platform by 400% and the number of donors by 300% over the past four years through long term strategic planning for program. Managed over 250 different projects on the platform. Meet and work with a variety of stakeholders throughout campus to pitch platform and develop unique marketing strategies for successful campaigns. Help craft stories to successfully raise money for these campaigns, by utilizing video, photography and written content. Use analytics to optimize strategy and target different actions throughout the life of campaigns. Developed marketing toolkits and training materials to help maximize successful outcomes for stakeholders. Act as leader in planning and execution of campus-wide Give Green Day, MSU’s annual Giving Tuesday fundraising effort integrating stakeholders throughout Michigan that raised over $1.6 million.
